Pricing Information

The retail prices on the website and its subdomains are presented in euros (€). VAT - at the legal rate in force - is included in all prices mentioned.

Shipping service costs are the responsibility of the user and buyer and are added to the total value of the selected products.

The customer is informed of these charges before confirming the order and confirming the purchase process. Hiper Centro do Móvel reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, it undertakes to apply the rates and prices indicated at the time of placing the purchase order.

In the event of a computer, manual, technical or any other error that causes a substantial change not foreseen by Hiper Centro do Móvel, the purchase order will be considered invalid and cancelled.

The prices and products available on are only valid for purchase orders made through the website, and may not coincide with other physical stores.


All items are covered by a two-year warranty, unless Hiper Centro do Móvel detects their misuse.

Buying process

Payment method

ATM: After placing the order, you must make the payment using the data provided: Entity, Reference and Amount.
MBWAY: You will be asked for your telephone number when placing the order. After finishing, you will receive a notification on your smartphone from the MBWAY application to complete the payment.

Bank Transfer: After placing the order, you must make the payment using the IBAN and data provided.

Payment and Order Validation

The Hiper Centro do Móvel store will make every effort to ensure maximum confidentiality and security in the data transmitted over the internet.

In order for your order to be accepted and validated, payment must be made within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) days. If payment is not received by our services within the aforementioned period, the order cannot be validated. Any amount received after this date will be refunded in the form of a bank transfer or used in a new order.

After confirmation of receipt of payment, and within a maximum period of forty-eight hours, an email will be sent to confirm the validation of the order. The email will be sent to the email address indicated by the User when registering on the website.

Discounts and Promotions

On the Hiper Centro do Móvel website there are several promotional price proposals, in the form of percentage discounts or promotions on the sale price to the public, which can be seen on several pages, namely in product sheets, shop windows and in lists. of search results.

Promotional discounts represent a commitment for a certain period of time, but always on the condition that the order is completed by the User, through the "checkout" and paid, by the end of that period.

Saving a product in the “shopping basket” does not guarantee the price or discount.

Items in Stock

On the Hiper Centro do Móvel website there are several articles on display. There may sometimes be some out of stock in the physical store that are not marked on the website. Once you place the order, the Hiper Centro do Móvel store confirms to the customer if the status of the ordered products are in stock.

We will try to respond as soon as possible and keep these stock errors to a minimum.

Delivery of Products

Hiper Centro do Móvel has two delivery models, and each customer can only choose one of the methods per order. Hiper Centro do Móvel makes deliveries throughout the mainland.

Model 1: Delivery and assembly

- Delivery and assembly at the indicated address;
- After payment, the order is shipped within 30 days;
- Delivery is scheduled via telephone;

- Home delivery hours are from Monday to Friday, between 8 am and 8 pm; and Saturday, from 8 am to 1 pm.

Model 2: Collection from the warehouse

- Collection at the Palmela warehouse, located at Rua Amsterdam 9, 2950-436 Palmela;
- After payment, the order is available within 30 days;
- The collection is scheduled via telephone;

- The collection hours are from Monday to Friday, between 8 am and 8 pm; and Saturday, from 8 am to 1 pm.

Refund / Order Returns:


The customer has a period of 14 days, counting from the day on which he physically acquires the good, to return it.

The customer may demand an exchange, provided that the item is in the same condition in which it was purchased, without having been unpacked or assembled and that it is in the original packaging. The article must contain the assembly manual and hardware, if the product purchased includes them.

Returns can be made:

- Coming to one of the physical stores, with the kit in the original packaging. The customer will have to prove that he is the owner of the article, presenting the invoice corresponding to the product he intends to return.

The refund will be made after confirmation by HCM services of the good condition of the returned items.

Hiper Centro do Móvel will make the refund within a maximum period of 5 working days after receiving the items.

All items that do not come with their original packaging intact cannot be refunded.

Refunds will not be accepted for purchased products whose return is made after 14 days.

Update of Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions can be changed at any time. The latest date is June 12, 2019. Changes are effective from the last change date indicated.
