Returns and Exchanges
The customer has a period of 15 days from the day the product is physically received to request a return.
The customer may request an exchange, provided that the item is in the same condition in which it was purchased, has not been unpacked or assembled, and is in its original packaging. The item must include the assembly manual and hardware, if applicable.
Returns can be made:
- By visiting one of our physical stores, with the item in its original packaging. The customer must prove ownership of the product by presenting the corresponding invoice.
- By contacting our Customer Support team by phone at +351 21 233 7600 (Call to Portuguese landline) or via email at geral@hipercentrodomovel.pt.
Refunds:
- The refund will be processed after our team has confirmed the good condition of the returned items.
- Hiper Centro do Móvel will issue the refund within a maximum period of 5 business days after receiving the returned items.
- Any items that are not returned with intact original packaging will not be eligible for a refund.
- Refunds will not be accepted for products returned after the 15-day period.
