Alternative Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, consumers may resort to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Entity, pursuant to Law No. 144/2015, of September 8.

RAL entities are independent organizations that help resolve disputes between consumers and businesses without the need to go to court. Below is a list of the official entities available in Portugal.
